Hollywood actress, musician and philanthropist, Kat Graham of Vampire Diaries joins the Empower54 family. As a dedicated philanthropist, she has lent her voice and time to help refugees and displaced persons in war torn countries such as Syria, Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador; now, she has joined Empower54 help internally displaced persons in North East Nigeria.
